Yellow Taxi Driver Job Fair

Get on the road to a new career!
Become a Yellow Taxi driver in New York City.
Meet with taxi fleet owners, agents, industry groups, taxi schools, and financing organizations. Apply for your TLC license at the fair to get started!

Things to remember:

• Please review the TLC Driver License Application Checklist and Apply for a New License at www.nyc.gov/lars.
• After submitting your application, you must attend an approved taxi school course, as well as pass the English proficiency test and the written test with a score of 70.
• Bring your driver’s license and social security card.
• You must be at least 19 years old, 24 is preferred.
• You cannot have a recent criminal history.
• You must be able to pass a drug test.
• TLC license fees are $185. Bring your credit or debit card. For a breakdown of the fees, please visit nyc.gov/tlc

This job fair is hosted by the NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission.
